The TradingVigilante.com Team has put together a variety of support tools to help you get the most of using this website and to get your trading  up and running as quickly as possible.

Support Channels

Trading Vigilante can only provide support through our FAQ’s, support email and support desk.  We do not provide any support via Twitter or phone.   The fastest way to get your questions answered is by referring to our FAQ section.  If your questions are not answered there, then please feel free to contact our help desk or email us direct.

1) Frequently Asked Questions
First and foremost, be sure to take a look at our FAQ section as it contains the most common questions (and answers) that our customers have asked regarding Trading Vigilante.

2)  Support Desk (Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm GMT)
If through all that, you still have questions, feel free to contact us directly at our support desk.  Our team is available to answer questions Monday – Friday from 9am – 6pm GMT.  With that said, we encourage you to check the FAQ section first because most of the answers are already there. Once a ticket has been submitted to our support team you can expect an answer within 24 hours, see support hours below.

3)  Email Your Support Questions
The fastest way to receive support if through the FAQ section or submitting a ticket to our support team. However, should you prefer to email you can contact us using the following email address: support(@)tradingvigilante.com.

Support Hours

Our general support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm GMT.   During these hours we will respond to any question submitted through the help desk within 24 hours.  If your question was submitted outside of these hours, you can expect a response the next business day.

Please Note:  Questions submitted after 1pm on Friday will be answered the following Monday.

Extent of Our Support

With the large number of customers that we have, we can only provide support for all Trading Vigilante products and services related inquiries.  We can’t provide general Trading and Investing support that isn’t related to our products.
